While it’s great to have so many available resources to find a therapist, trying to find the right therapist for you can feel really overwhelming. And finding the right fit matters! I offer a free 15-minute consultation (via telehealth or by phone) so you can get a sense of whether we’re a good match. During this time, we can talk about what you would like to get out of therapy, my approach, and whether my style resonates with you. Please note that I treat adults 18 and older only.

Individual Therapy

I provide a space where people feel free to explore ways to live the life they want to live. A space to look at life from different perspectives, looking at your needs, situation, or concerns from a different lens.
My approach is eclectic, primarily informed by Gestalt, Person-Centered, Family System and Attachment theories, viewing mental health as an integral part of whole person living. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing Therapy. My goal is to provide guidance and education to assist you with navigating whatever concerns have brought you to therapy. I believe that you are the expert on you.

I have a special interest in working with marginalized groups and more specifically, women and LGBTQIA+. I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care and I am committed to providing safe, respectful, sensitive, and compassionate services to all.
